Jazelynn Goudy

A gravity-defying interdisciplinary performing artist, scholar, and Elliot Norton Award-winning choreographer from Milwaukee, WI. Her passion lies in utilizing interactive media, light, and loop pedal sound to express Black (Midwestern) Hip Hop, social, and contemporary dance, with a deep connection to social change, particularly for Black women and girls. Currently, an Assistant Professor, Co-Founder of Thick Like Me, a Steering Committee member of the Coalition of Diasporan Scholars Moving, a Board of Trustees for Ladies of Hip Hop, and a Super Guest artist for Sydnie L Mosely Dance Company.
